Cancun, a destination popular with tourists around the world, is a must-see. The area is famous for its white sand beaches and turquoise waters. Cancun is a great place to visit, and that includes the Mayan ruins. The best way to explore the area is by booking a stay in one of Cancun’s hotels.
Hotel Riu Cancun can be a great choice for those who want to experience the area while not breaking the bank. The all inclusive resort offers guests a wide range of amenities and is situated in a convenient location close to shopping, restaurants and other attractions.
The RIU Cancun Hotel is situated in the Hotel Zone, amongst turquoise waters and white-sand beaches. It is near to the most popular spots for nightlife, and it offers all-inclusive deals including food, drinks, and other activities.
The resort is ideal for families, couples or friends. The resort offers many amenities from pools to spas. The resort also features a 24-hour reception, a fitness center and a variety of other facilities that are sure to keep guests happy throughout their trip.

Minibars are replenished every 2 days. Rooms have been restocked with a clean, well-appointed feel. They're simple, but have a few extras such as satellite TV and a balcony or terrace.
The restaurants are numerous and have a good selection of international food. Many restaurants offer a wide variety of dishes for lunch and dinner.
Several bars and nightclubs also feature live music. Some of the bars offer karaoke and others piano shows.
The beach is narrow and short, but is a great place to relax. The pier stretches into the sea and offers plenty of sunbeds.
This is a great all-inclusive resort for spring breakers with many bars and entertainment options available. The food was a bit bland, but there were many activities and shows.

Another good thing about this hotel is that it's a few steps away from some of the more lively nightlife spots, so you can have fun without getting in your car. You should bring your own umbrella and towels to the beach as there is no private beach at this hotel.
A couple of the rooms are dated, and the towels aren't as clean as you might expect. The hotel should put more effort in updating the building and rooms.
Also, it's a shame they don't take any action to stop the horrific animal cruelty that occurs in their supply chain. I have left comments, signed petitions and called them about this issue but I can't seem to do anything.
There are cheaper alternatives nearby. The Hotel Riu Caribe, Hotel Riu Palace Costa Mujeres and Hotel Riu Dunamar are all within easy walking distance.
